AGS is managing partner at AGS Law Office with close to 20 years of rich experience in dispute resolution, IPR, Consumer and Property Dispute.
AGS has successfully represented clients in IPR disputes on Copyright and Trademark issues in Delhi High Court, while also providing strategic dispute resolution on various other subject matter. AGS is Advocate-On-Record with Supreme Court of India. He appears regularly before Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, NCDRC, District Courts and Tribunals.
AGS is registered with the Bar Council of Delhi and holds bachelors’ degrees in Law and Social Legal Sciences from the Indian Law Society’s Law College in Pune.
